Al is co-founder of the Citrograph Foundation. He currently serves as Commissioner for the San Bernardino County Equal Opportunity Commission representing the County's Second District, past president of Town & Gown at the University of Redlands, Past President of the Redlands Sunrise Rotary and as a board member at the Family Service Association of Redlands. He has served on numerous other non-profit boards since coming to Redlands in 2000. He is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
Ryan is co-founder of the Citrograph Foundation and has served the Foundation as President and Vice President. He has been President of Town & Gown at the University of Redlands and has been active with other non-profit boards since coming to Redlands in 1997. Ryan is a graduate of Platt College with a Degree in Graphic Design.
Rachel Roche joined the board of the Citrograph Foundation in 2017. She is the Associate Director of Athletics and Senior Woman Administrator at the University of Redlands, where she has worked since 1999. She also serves as the President of the Board of Trustees for Montessori in Redlands. Rachel graduated with a Master of Arts in Education Administration from the University of Redlands and earned her bachelor's from William & Mary. She and her husband, Geoff, reside in Redlands with their daughter.
Owner of AW Consulting, Anita West brings more than 30 years experience in nonprofit management with special focus on fundraising strategy, evaluation and planning. A native of Yakima, Washington, Anita has been an active member of the Redlands community for 20 years. She previously served as secretary of the Citrograph Foundation board of directors.
Susan Martinez comes from a background of catering and food services, working for Bon Appetit at the University of Redlands for 21 years. She now spends her days as a manager for Mozarts Fine Gifts in Redlands. Susan has been on the Citrograph foundation board since 2018. Grandmother, or ‘Dumpdia’ is her greatest title, and is married to Jeff Martinez, Director of Athletics at the University of Redlands.
Beverly Noerr has worked in the field of arts and culture specializing in concert promotion and production for both national and international artists for over twenty-five years.
She currently serves as the Executive Director of Redlands Bowl Performing Arts, presenters of the Redlands Bowl Summer Music Festival. Beverly is married to Robert and has five children.
Crista is the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Hatfield Buick GMC. Prior to joining the family business in 2014, Crista worked at Esri doing corporate event planning and marketing. She is a current member of the Board of Directors of the Redlands Community Hospital Foundation and a past member of the Board of Directors of Town & Gown at the University of Redlands.
Crista graduated from the University of Redlands in 2008 with a degree in Psychology and earned her Master’s degree in Management from Redlands in 2013.
Rod Shelffo joined the Board in the summer of 2023. He has been an active community member during his more than three decades in Redlands. He received the 2022 Roy Coble Service to Youth Award for his leadership and contributions with the Y Circus. He has held various roles with the Bike Classic, Optimist Club, Redlands Bowl, and more. He works at Hatfield Buick GMC as a general manager. He and his family reside in Redlands.
Marcia Fagan joined the board in the summer of 2023 and has taken on the role of secretary. She brings extensive experience as a former teacher and administrator in the Redlands Unified School District. She also recently served as the President of the Town & Gown Board at the University of Redlands. Marcia graduated from the U of R and later earned a Master's in Educational Administration from Cal State Fullerton. She volunteers for Smiley Library Heritage Tours, and holds membership to P.E.O. and the April Morning Club.
